Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit-Based Service

LeadSnap AI operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase packs of credits which are used to process lead captures (e.g., scanning a visiting card and generating follow-ups).

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the credits and the costs associated with AI processing, all purchases of credit packages are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• If there was a technical error with our payment processor and you were double-charged.
• If a critical technical failure of the Service prevented you from using your credits for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact support at info@edubild.com within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Cancellations

As there are no recurring subscriptions, there is no need to "cancel" your account to stop future billing. You only pay when you manually purchase more credits. You may stop using the service at any time.
